Aang was raised by Monks, that’s why we never got to see his parents.
Korra was raised by Tonraq and Senna, two loving parents.
I’m excited that they’ll get a bigger role in Book 2 ^^ I want to know their perspective as the Avatar’s parents. I have this theory that they stopped having kids because they had to take care of Korra, the Avatar -a bigger responsibility than having a normal child. Especially when Korra had a sheltered life for 17 years.
